Philip R. Evans	President and CEO
	BA (Economics) Harvard University (1981) Mr. Evans is President and CEO of Lincluden and has over thirty-five years of investment industry experience. Before joining Lincluden he was Executive Vice-President at Fidelity Investments Canada Ltd. and prior, Chief Operating Officer of Altamira Management Ltd. Mr. Evans earned his degree in Economics from Harvard University. He also obtained an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Mr. Evans is active in community and business organizations and is a past member of the Pension Investment Advisory Committee of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Mr. Evans also served as a Past Chair of the Toronto Board of Trade and its Governance and Pension Committees, Investment Management Consultants Association of Canada, the Childrens Aid Foundation and its Investment Committee, and as President of the Harvard Club of Toronto.

His background includes the portfolio management of both Canadian and U.S. fixed income investments for a variety of Canadian and U.S. based corporate, institutional and mutual fund clients. Gary is Co-Chair of Lincluden’s Asset Mix Committee. Prior to joining Lincluden, Gary held senior positions in fixed income management with ING Investment Management in both Canada and the United States.

Mr. Stewart joined the fixed income team at Lincluden as a Vice-President and Portfolio Manager. His background includes the portfolio management of both Canadian and U.S. fixed income investments for a variety of Canadian and U.S. based corporate, institutional and mutual fund clients. Gary is Co-Chair of Lincluden’s Asset Mix Committee. Prior to joining Lincluden, Gary held senior positions in fixed income management with ING Investment Management in both Canada and the United States.

Wayne J. A. Wilson	Vice President

His background includes Product Development, Relationship Management and Institutional and Private Client distribution. Prior to joining Lincluden, Wayne was Vice President of a leading full service national asset consulting firm assisting large Corporate and Not for Profit Investors with a complete range of governance needs for their Pension and Endowment plans.

Mr. Wilson joined Lincluden as Vice-President, Client Service and Marketing. His background includes Product Development, Relationship Management and Institutional and Private Client distribution. Prior to joining Lincluden, Wayne was Vice President of a leading full service national asset consulting firm assisting large Corporate and Not for Profit Investors with a complete range of governance needs for their Pension and Endowment plans.

Derek Warren	Vice President
	CIM Mr. Warren joined the equity team at Lincluden and is a Vice-President and Portfolio Manager. His background includes portfolio management and securities analysis of Real Estate and Canadian equities across the capitalization spectrum. Prior to joining Lincluden, Derek was a Portfolio Manager at Morguard Financial.

Chris Dunlop	Vice President
	Chartered Financial Analyst (2013) Bcomm, Dalhousie University (2007) Mr. Dunlop is a Vice-President and Portfolio Manager and a member of the equity team. He joined Lincluden as an associate and has held progressively more senior roles within the firm. Chris has been involved with research and trading for both the equity and fixed income teams.

He joined Lincluden as an associate with responsibilities initially in marketing and business development and has held progressively more senior roles within the firm including research analysis. Prior to joining Lincluden, Geoff was an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Jarislowsky Fraser Limited.

Prior to joining Lincluden, Geoff was an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Jarislowsky Fraser Limited.
