Mr. Evans is President and CEO of Lincluden and has over thirty-five years of investment industry experience. Before joining Lincluden he was Executive Vice-President at Fidelity Investments Canada Ltd. and prior, Chief Operating Officer of Altamira Management Ltd. Mr. Evans earned his degree in Economics from Harvard University. He also obtained an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Mr. Evans is active in community and business organizations and is a past member of the Pension Investment Advisory Committee of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Mr. Evans also served as a Past Chair of the Toronto Board of Trade and its Governance and Pension Committees, Investment Management Consultants Association of Canada, the Childrens Aid Foundation and its Investment Committee, and as President of the Harvard Club of Toronto.

Mr. Chin joined the equity team at Lincluden in 2004 as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager. He began his value investing career in 1987 at Confederation Life as an analyst, progressing to portfolio management in 1990. Prior to joining Lincluden, he was Director of Research and Portfolio Manager at Connor Clark & Company, where he was also a shareholder and director. Peter's background also includes positions of Investment Analyst and Director, Corporate Finance & Investment Banking with two major securities firms. His experience as a value investor includes securities analysis across the capitalization spectrum and the management of domestic and foreign equity portfolios spanning an investment career of over 30 years.

Mr. Lampard joined the equity team at Lincluden in 2003 as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager. He is also a co-chair of the Asset Mix Committee. Jim started his career as a value investor at OMERS in 1987 as a senior equity analyst. He became a portfolio manager in 1989. That was followed by a portfolio management role at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. Prior to joining Lincluden, Jim was a Vice-President and Partner at Beutel Goodman where he was a portfolio manager and member of the Canadian equity team. His background includes managing both Canadian and foreign equity portfolios across the capitalization range. Jim's previous work experience includes accounting and banking. He continues to contribute to the profession as a member of the Users Advisory Council of the Accounting Standards Board.

Mr. Gill is Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Lincluden Investment Management. He began his investment career at BMO Nesbitt Burns and subsequently moved to the United Kingdom, where he joined Deutsche Bank’s Global Investment Banking division. Later, Mr. Gill spent seven years at Foyston, Gordon & Payne Investment Counsel analyzing Canadian, U.S. and global companies, where he was Director of Research and Associate Portfolio Manager for global and U.S. equities. In 2010 he joined Morrison Williams Investment Management as Portfolio Manager. Mr. Gill is a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management’s MBA Value Investing Course. He is a Trustee for the Canadian Actors’ Equity Association’s Pension Fund. Mr. Gill received his Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) degree from Queen’s University and is a graduate of the University of St. Andrews, in St. Andrews, Scotland, with a Master’s Degree in Management, Economics and International Relations (M.Litt.). He has studied executive education in Investment Management at Harvard Business School and Value Investing at Columbia University.

Mr. Stewart joined Lincluden as a fixed income portfolio manager. Prior to joining Lincluden he held the position of Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager, North American Fixed Income at MFC Global Investment Management. In that role he had responsibility for the management of C$20 billion of Canadian and U.S. fixed income investments for a variety of Canadian and U.S.-based corporate, institutional and mutual fund clients. Mr. Stewart has over 30 years of investment experience including senior positions in fixed income management with ING Investment Management in both Canada and the United States.

Mr. Parsons joined Lincluden as Vice President, Fixed Income. Prior to joining Lincluden, he was a senior member of MFC Global Investment Managements' Canadian Total Return team. Mr. Parsons was responsible for actively managed fixed income assets with a focus on corporate debt for a variety of Canadian institutional and mutual fund clients. Previously, he managed U.S. Fixed Income assets as a member of MFC Global's U.S. Total Return Team. Mr. Parsons has over 20 years investment experience.

Mr. Wilson joined Lincluden Investment as Vice President in 2007, bringing 18 years of extensive investment industry experience to the firm. Mr. Wilson was previously Vice President of institutional product management and client service at a Global Investment Company. Prior to that Mr. Wilson was Vice President of a leading full service national asset consulting firm assisting large Corporate and Not for Profit Investors with a complete range of governance needs for their Pension and Endowment plans. Mr. Wilson's responsibilities at Lincluden include Product Development, Relationship Management and Institutional and Private Client distribution.

Derek Warren Vice President

Mr. Warren joined Lincluden Investment Management in January 2015 as a Portfolio Manager for Equities. He began his investment career in 1998 at Morguard Investments Limited in the legal department. He joined Morguard Financial in 2000 as a member of the equity team, where he was responsible for the analysis of REITs and real estate companies. The team managed several real estate portfolios including the multi-Lipper Award winning CIBC Canadian Real Estate Fund and the Morguard Real Estate Equity Fund. As a Portfolio Manager at Lincluden, Derek focuses on real estate and Canadian small-cap securities. Derek holds the Chartered Investment Manager designation.

Mr. Pichanick joined Lincluden in 2006 with responsibilities in the areas of Equity Trading and Investment Research. Mr. Pichanick was appointed to the role of Chief Compliance Officer in late 2020, having gained experience in compliance-related functions during the course of his career at Lincluden. Mr. Pichanick assumes responsibility for the overall compliance functions of the firm as well as the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies and processes.

Mr. Dunlop is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Lincluden. He joined the firm in 2010 as an associate and has held progressively more senior roles within the firm. Mr. Dunlop has been involved with research and trading for both the equity and fixed income teams as well as portfolio management responsibilities primarily for fixed income portfolios. Before joining Lincluden in 2010, he worked at MacKenzie Financial.

Mr. De Souza is a Vice President at Lincluden. He joined the firm in 2010 as an associate with responsibilities initially in marketing and business development and has held progressively more senior roles with the firm including equity research analysis. He was previously an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Jarislowsky Fraser Limited and was responsible for servicing over $3 billion in assets under management on behalf of institutional and retail clients.
